My passion and purpose is working with people from all walks of life who are seekers. I define a seeker as anyone who wants to know more, be more and show up more authentically in life.

As a trauma-survivor, I have studied and include Trauma-Informed practices both in my coaching and programs with the horses. I specialize in somatics – how our beliefs and experiences live in our bodies, where these beliefs and experiences are holding us back, and how to release them to make a new sacred space for change and transformation.

Somatics and trauma-informed practices with the Horses as our Teacher, Healer and Guide creates a new freedom for us so that we can break free from old patterns that no longer serve us. We can be our own heroes and pioneers for a life filled with joy, balance and fulfillment.

HeartMath® practices teach us to stay in coherence – to be in alignment with our whole selves, body, mind, emotions, and to hold that alignment as a gift to the world through love and connection with all living things.

Why Horses?

As animals of prey, horses have amplified listening in the world. They are highly sensitive to the things we as humans cannot see. This makes them exceptional teachers in the field of human development. Their uncanny sense of lack of congruency in human learning partners causes them to respond in subtle ways that provide a powerful mirror and model for learning.

Self-awareness, empowerment, non-verbal communication, leadership, followership, confidence, self-esteem, and boundary-setting are just a few of the skills that horses teach us.
