TED is brilliant source for ideas and I love how it tackles basic topics and sparks such deep conversations around them. I came across these TED video in a small piece written by Pamela Richarde (Director of Training, Corporate Coach U) in their newsletter. It relates to the competency of ‘Questioning’ and as the video says, sometimes posing a good question is more important then answering a good question. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.
